Our refund, returns and exchange policy is only for limited circumstances. We have a no refund, returns or exchange policy except for manufacturer defects. The refund, return and exchange window for exceptions lasts 30 days from purchase or 15 days from delivery whichever is shorter. If 30/15 days have passed since your purchase/delivery, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. If 30/15 days have not passed, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for the wrong size or item purchased. We only offer refunds and returns in exchange for product defects.
To be eligible for either, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personal goods such as underwear, undergarments, or socks cannot be returned. We also do not accept products which were bought from and delivered by any other website including partner websites or marketplaces.

To complete an eligible return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send purchases back to the distribution address on the label. Log into your account, go to your account page and contact us. We will email instructions for your return.
Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of any approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval or rejection of refund is determined by our manufacturer. Approved returns and refunds are limited to products which were defective or damaged upon arrival. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five to ten business days depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing timeline.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via your customer dashboard.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We are a super small business, right now. We think the following policy is better suited to our customers’ happiness and our ability to manage exceptions. Instead of exchanging your purchase, we invite you to regift it. If it’s the wrong size or color, regift it, take a pic, post the gift giving to social media and show us. We’ll give you a purchase credit of up to 50% in exchange.
If this opportunity sounds better, contact us via your account page and let us know which social media outlet you wish to post your gift giving on. Once we give the thumbs up, take a pic, post and tag us. Follow the instructions we send about how to do the aforementioned. Afterwards, we will email you the future purchase credit. Guest checkout purchases are not eligible. Again, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible to receive a gift credit for the value of any approved return. Once the returned item is received, inspected and approved a gift credit will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased and the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves but gave it to you later with the proof of purchase, they must initiate the request and any refund would be issued to the gift giver’s credit card or original method of payment upon approval.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in our response email.
You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for any returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
